In 2022, NDFC submitted these two comment letters to the Department of
Treasury advocating for PWD to be an Other Target Population (OTP) and making
specific suggestions to improve the proposed assessment methodology.
Community Reinvestment Act Comment Letter
In September 2022, NDFC submitted this comment letter to the Federal Reserve
advocating for explicit consideration of people with disabilities in CRA lending,
investment, and services.
In February 2021, the NDFC submitted this comment letter to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors re: CRA Modernization. The NDFC encouraged greater clarity and guidance for regulated banks to respond to the needs of LMI individuals with disabilities in LMI neighborhoods.
